Pregnant?

• Q: My boyfriend ejaculated in his pants. Later, I rubbed the wet spot and then put my fingers in my vagina. Do you think I will get pregnant?
• Dr. Klein: Because sperm doesn't live very long outside the body, and because it has to swim upstream through vaginal secretions, it would be extremely unusual for pregnancy to occur in this situation.
