Rapid ejaculation

• Q: I am 28 and suffering from premature ejaculation. I satisfy my wife through oral sex and hand jobs but I want to make her come from screwing. My marriage is crumbling--help!
  
• Dr. Klein: I seriously doubt that your marriage is crumbling because you ejaculate too quickly. Either you have marital problems other than sex, or one of you is driving the other crazy with performance pressure. Since your wife knows how to climax in several ways, it sounds as if the two you could easily have an enjoyable sex life. I suggest a 60-day moratorium on intercourse so the two you can resume enjoying sex without pressure. When you can laugh and smile and relax during sex, you may re-introduce intercourse--doing it slowly, with plenty of eye contact and deep breathing.
